Same reason female clothes are usually drawn weirdly on chest areas... like they have some boob socket where the boobs fit in... like those weird socks that are like feet gloves... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Well, this might be my preference only, but if you read novels, read the novel instead of this. The novel is much better for me. But anyway, I don't understand why there's a girl administrator here when in the novel it's just transparent screen with no girls whatsoever
