The uke is in need of money so he sells his body for it then I think when he was on his way home he had an encounter with a yakuza. The yakuza took care of him? Then he met a guy who wants to hire him to kill the yakuza, he accepted the medicine (I think to kill the yakuza, gosh, really can't remember it clearly) but in the end he didn't do it because he realized that he likes the yakuza. The uke became a yakuza also and continues the relationship with the seme. (▰˘◡˘▰)
