He was trying to figure out if Yeonwoo's mark was affected by all omegas.
Since Yeonwoo bit him he can't smell or give off pheromones to anyone who isn't Yeonwoo which is why that's Yeonwoo's revenge. Keith is a whole manwhore and he can never sleep with or have a baby with anyone who isn't Yeonwoo.
