i cant tell where you left off exactly but basically: haesoo is at the exhibition with taku. looking at his pictures. he's reminded of the time taku told him think of "never seeing a person he loves again" for his photoshoot. haesoo starts crying then, because he knew he was thinking of joowon during that photoshoot, and then he tells taku he feels like something is being permanently cut out of his life and it makes him so sad that he doesnt think he can let it happen (aka he can't lose joowon). meanwhile joowon is heading to the exhibition. leo is tailing joowon in his car and ends up getting joowon into an accident. haesoo finds out the news and runs to joowon. taku gets upset knowing haesoo left to go see joowon at the hospital. the moment haesoo reaches the hospital and joowon wakes up, they confess to each other. haesoo heads back to the exhibition and breaks up with taku. there's a 3 year timeskip, and it turns out haesoo left to go abroad for 3 years sometime after breaking up with taku. haesoo believed he needed time alone (probably to think? to heal? doesnt want to jump into another relationship?). joowon respected his decision and said he'd wait for haesoo. the story picks up with joowon getting haesoo from the airport after 3 years.
