Pixie! I’m glad that I still loved her in her old story-I loved her in Holly’s. I feel for her, she was put in a crappy position having been guilted into taking care of her brother. I mean, her mom screwed up but I didn’t see her as abusive. She was a thief but also she was sickly and had two children so I mean I guess I get her. What was messed up was putting pressure on Pixie to give her all for her brother, and the brother turned out to be trash too. The mom I get, two kids, no way to make enough to raise them, she was also sick and desperate but the brother? He was used to big sis taking care of and breaking her back for him. No I didn’t see him as being evil just dumb and used to his sister cleaning up his messes. ML I mean....he’s not horrible. I didn’t hate him at all he was a little dry but okay. But. But. Pixie could do better. A perfect ending for Pixie would have been her saying okay, let’s sign the papers right here. Let’s go to the doctor for proof. We’re done. And then telling Holly to mind her business. I like Holly but Holly had a completely different experience from Pixie, who had it much worse. While Holly dealt with abandoning childhood, being used again by her mom she ended up meeting this great guy. They had their misunderstandings but it worked out perfectly. Pixie is lied to, married to Apollo for her brothers debt, has issues with past sexual trauma and self mutilation (it wasn’t quite clear) at hes as her husband actively cheats on her (those women? They were married “for days” and he wasn’t talking to her but was all over those women and owns clubs he actively visits often? What do you think he was doing? It never came up I guess cuz it’s so blatant) finally slept with her husband as she was nearly assaulted while drunk, finds out she’s pregnant but doesn’t say anything till it’s confirmed and because she wants to stay with him and he calls her a gold digging liar when she says she loves him. Like, Holly, honey. Mind ya business. Pixie should have just divorced Apollo, signed papers for proof of the kid, taken the money she deserved, peaced tf out with her baby and be in peace. Like, it’s what she deserves. To be happy.
