It's shounen-ai. They kiss several times. About confession, I am not so sure, there is only implication, I think
but don't worry, main chars are a real couple, not just hints

Confession... oh well everybody knows they love each other. I think they're never said I love you to each other (Or am I missed it?), but they admit they love their partner..
