From what I read, Rezef is actually not the emperor's son. Also Rezef and Cayena have different mothers.
So they are not blood-related.
Still from the novel I think Rezef really thinks Cayena as a sister but he has an extreme siscon obsession because Cayena is the only one who reach out to him in the imperial family.
There was a lot of talk about incest in the last few chapters but y’all...they haven’t even done anything out of the ordinary. Head pats and worrying about the other’s injury is normal. (￣∇￣") chill
