I know right, I kinda find it hard to understand why they do that but it's not my taste. I'm not hating on it if they like it. We all know they're gonna end up together anyways

Agreed. Although, I actually don't mind it as long as they're not biologically related, because I'm more worried about the defects in any children (and the genepool of society tbh) than any moral reason.
theres so much new stories about relationships between step-siblings/adopted siblings these days
