I completely agree, it's so frustrating to find the odd comment that is totally against the MC when they clearly don't the pressures in Japanese culture to get married. I'm from the UK but even I can respect that it must be hard for both the wife and MC to get married when they didn't want to and to be Frank it's a common story that gay people get married and try to hide it. He didn't have a choice from the start though, I don't think they know anything about how difficult it is to open about something like this, especially since he was threatened at the start when his father implied that he would "sleep with the fishes". Neither of them want to be married but they didn't have a choice, she is actually trying because she is straight and thinks it can work. He did mention that he doesn't want to hurt her and tries to sleep with her but can't.
Are you all reading this manga from the manner in which the mangaka is telling the story or from your own personal convictions and/or experience?
I believe the fact that this man is GAY and got married to a woman despite that is a feat within itself. Let's not forget that he consumated the marriage knowing he wasn't attracted to her all for the sake of their families. He literally lost all sense of self and everyone is getting their panties all in a bunch over his fantasies!!! Remember this is Asian culture not American... If it were easy to just "DIVORCE" I do believe it would've been written that way. This is for entertainment so if this subject is a trigger for you don't read this and let the rest of us who enjoy's this continue.
