I think it's because of the app they're currently uploading their stories on. Not all manga apps allows intimate scenes unless the author themselves decided to have a patreon or post it on their socmeds (chinese authors = weibo)

Also a lot of people censored it because they are afraid of the censorship laws on china, especially because you can get sentenced with life imprisonment so most of them don't even want to risk it with a kiss or nipples
