At first i thought this story is sweet..it somehow touches my heart then as the chapters go on i found a nightmare of 'people who lives inside a wall and being used for other people'. For me this is a nigtmare because human should have freedom to know, to act and to use their own body, most of characters in this story knows nothing that they exist to be used later. In this story there is a character who stays, one is sacrifies herself, one is caught by researcher and one escapes. I don't know which one has better live the girl who stays or the boy who escapes or the girl who sacrifies herself to be cut but what i find is that they act freely without being forced to stay or escape. I guess the girl really want to stay, she knows that she will end up being cut into pieces and being used but she thinks that's alright when the boy just wants to escape because he doesn't think that's alright..This story somehow left me having a bittersweet feelings; i realize how this story eventhough is just fiction but pictures the world we live in so clearly; there are people who just wants to feel happy and stay eventhough they know that sadness is waiting in the end, there are people who will do anything to escape from their comfort zone without even knowing what will wait in the end of journey, there are people being used and hurt without even knowing what really happened and there are people who sacrifies themselves and thinks that it is alright.. And don't forget about the lives of things surrounding the characters, This manga shows that they are not only 'things' but have their own thoughts and purposes that somehow makes us learn lots of things about life..especially to protect, to sacrifice, to appreciate and to feel happy;That all of us have 'purpose' that has been set for us ,that maybe calls us from deep inside us, that we may ignore or forget when we are too busy chasing something else..This manga really shows a lot of things..beautiful indeed..
