Definitely felt little pangs in my chest while reading this and tbh I love the feeling whew! I completely understand why the ex had moved on, hell it was FIVE years, one must be delusional to think their lover had been alive for that long. However, his response when the MC came back was some bullshit especially when they’ve been attached at the hip since they were kids. Also his new bf is a bitch from the start we were introduced to him. Very intrigued with the MC’s new man, hope there is more to him than just being a divorcee.
