They were on their way back but couldn't make it because the fire was blocking roads so they stayed in the hotel for the night. In the morning they continued driving to his home but seems the driver and someone else where planning to do something to them.

OK is it just me or are pieces of the story missing I have completely lost sight of what is going on first he’s in his hotel room then he’s in a car he’s getting kidnapped but what the hell .
