on a sunbeam features a nonbinary mc! boy meets maria doesnt particularly have an enby mc per se, but it does talk ab struggling w gender identity and such.
I read the first volume of this one a while ago bcz the alternative title in English is « Aromantic love story »: http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/miss_kiryu_doesnt_know_what_love_is/ But according to the summary and the content I read it was more about asexuality I think. Yet according to the comment, I see no one mentioning that so maybe the story took a different direction after the first volume and the Mc is just « questioning » without settling for a label.
Sorry for the long review it’s just that my memories are unclear so I don’t want to give a wrong recommendation. As for the other good aspects of the story there are some feminist undertones and the Mc has strong opinions about society and its standards
