You shouldnt feel bad because its not cheating. Because the wife knows and doesnt mind. They are both into the marriage for their reasons and they dont care what the other do with his romance / sex life
i know it’s not cheating but it still feels wrong considering he’s married i feel like if it didn’t have the title of marriage i wouldn’t dislike it so much. i still like the story and everything it’s just that small part i don’t care for.

I guess that you are confused because your vision of marriage is all about love but in many periods of time for most countries, love had nothing to do. Marriage was still a financial contract but it was mostly done for social appearance and/or financial support.
I do think a marriage is romantic and i want to get married later in my life. But just because I want mine to be a symbol of love, it doesn't mean it's the same for others. And that's something important to aknowledge because this can be applied to so many topics in life.

The MC and his wife are pretty much a divorced couple, but they stay legally married for their own reasons. I'm pretty sure the wife implied she had a scheme of her own or something? It was vague so im not sure.
Also he most likely got married and had a child because he is imitatimg his father's life as his ultimate revenge and to grant his mom's wish.

Also you said you are missing the ex boyfriend Chagang but idk if Chagang and seme were a couple? We have seen flashback of Chagang being fucked by scar dude and Chagang was into it and enjoying Moonhyuk's frustration.
I KINDA MISS him and his first bf. i feel bad because the second bf has a wife and child /: i still enjoy the story but that part gives me mixed emotions
