Exactly, my siblings were sensitive to favouritism. My mom always treated us equally but my dad favourited my oldest sister and she became spoiled for a while because of that

Im saying this on behalf of others that have siblings. It's just that mc kinda pay more attention to Ashley. Believe me if you have siblings, even the sliiiiiiightest favoritism, you'll feel it bruh. And ofcourse since they don't know what Mc is thinking, they gonna get jelly like duh that's their birth mother(not sayin that she should neglect ashley) they'll feel like their mother is being taken away.
My point is kids are bothersome. Don't have kids!! Jk.
