In my opinion I think that the Seme is wearing the ring on his left ring finger and the classmates of him says that he got married and so the uke leaves the party to have a smoke then the seme followed him. The Uke said that he should take off his ring because the uke thought that the seme is married because this time they're having sex but the seme said that the ring is just for the fashion so he took it off and have sex. After they have sex the seme put the ring on the uke's left ring finger as the uke leaves he noticed the ring in his hands and that gave him a reason to come back there because even though the seme said that it is just for the fashion, the seme still put the ring on the uke's ring finger. Guuuuurl I think, since the beginning, the seme meant to give the ring to the uke. It's not true when the seme said in the beginning that he's married, I think it's either he just said that to confirm if the uke still likes him or because he plans to give it to the uke since the beginning, like he planned it or smthng because he wears it to the uke after their smex. In short,the ring is like a confession of the seme,that he like the uke. So when the uke saw the ring on his ring finger he'd be like, "oh, he likes me" that's why he came back to the seme.
