C liked B more at first and was just going along with A bc B wasn’t doing anything and he was hoping that B would show his jealousy and be like “Be with me and not A”, but B was cowardly and instead of being upfront with his feelings towards C, he chose to hurt him. At the end, we can see how they finally show A’s face. This to me symbolized how C finally started to like A more, hence why we finally got see his face even though it was never shown in the beginning.
