Foreshorten the face and broaden the chin. Elongate the area of neck under the chin. Assuming the light source is from above deepen and elongate the shadows under the chin. The nose is an isoceles triangle of darkened shadow facing upwards with nostrils fully exposed. The shadow beneath it and under the eyebrows is intense. Eyes are crescent-shaped (corners facing downward.) If the mouth is stretched opened with laughter, only the upper row of teeth appear. The upper lip is stretched to a narrow line, and the lower lip hardly shows at all. It seems as though the laugh lines are more pronounced.
