They revived him back when they found Matsukaze. Tsukasa believed that the best weapon teacher would be Hyoga, and so he was revived, along with Homura and Mozu.

Is Hyoga revived again after petrified during the match with mozu? They were petrified both during their match, I want to know if he was petrified again.
