The blackhair dude is literally me when i have a dinner afterwork with my coworkers. Those guys will chating laughing and etc etc meanwhile im sitting in the corner, eating my food quietly, and my mind was like "just hang a little bit and i'll leave first" because im not into meeting or have a dinner with a lot of people (plus i hate noisy place) but if i refuse it sounds really rude, so..
