honestly i dont think any of the characters past has been opened ...we get to see some of the past...including luffy (like about his father ) i feel like if oda wanted to he could do this thing to all the characters and the manga woud still b interestiong...
I think Robin, Nami and Chopper past are completely covered. Luffy too, except for his parent's story.
