im not sure what im looking for..
so there was an orphanage(?) or a church(?) and there was a bunch of kids. there were “sisters” who worked there and helped take care of the kids and there was the owner of the orphanage/church. a lot of kids died there and nobody understood why. it was because in the soup the kids were eating while sick had a lot of salt and so they died from sodium poisoning. i think there was a kid with black hair who refused to eat the soup bc he knew kids were dying from it and one of the “sister” was named lily(?) and the owner found out she knew too much and killed her. i think i mightve read this on webtoon and it was part of a series but im not sure what it was called.
