Another clue is that I think the MLs childhood best friend is obsessed with sleeping beauty and the prince story and when the FL pushes the mls childhood best friend I think the reason why it look like she got hit was because she fainted but the real reason was because she fainted either because she was really hungry or she was starving herself or something like that

I know it’s a romance manga and it’s about high school students that fall in love but the ML and the FL can’t get together because the ML childhood best friend is either dating him or something like that and the FL notices that but one day during the school festival the ML‘s childhood friend (which I think she’s in crutches I don’t know could be wrong) is going across the street but the FL notices a car going to run her over and she pushes her out of the way and the ML sees this and starts running to the FL and she’s passed out SORRY I MIGHT BE CONFUSING
