I’m pretty sure that the pregnancy thing was just a rumor.
The manga only has two chapters so it was realy rushed and that’s why it probably didn’t make a lot of sense (especialy how quickly they were ‘in love’)
Hard to believe uke and seme are in love lol. seme was like ‘this is the first time I serious about someone’ So was he was fooling around with girls and made that girl pregnant? What’s with the title? Overall this made no sense!
