This isn't as easy as just saying "I actually love you" think about it, if you were the boy and you recently found out that the girl you love was actually playing with you like she thinks the relationship is a joke and after you find out, you tell her you know, then she says "I'm actually in love with you this entire time" would you believe it?
Yes it was a game but she's still fallen in love with him? She was forced into the game anyway idk this just feels like unnecessary conflict
