Tbh being compared to a masterpiece like KS is not an offense.

I know I have no place to talk since I’m reading on an illegal site but imagine how that makes the author feel to keep being compared to another and not being recognized for HER hard work

Hopefully the author will never read the comments on mangago. If this happens being compared to ks would be the last of her worries. She would hate everyone here even the ones "defending" her work. No one is telling her in the face her work is like KS.
Tbh it's also possible she made it similar on purpose. Lezhin is promoting this work exactly because of these similarities, they are riding the wave of KS popularity to get known.
