Ah, I like dark fictions and have thing for messed up, sadistic, obsessive, dominant, possessive semes. *cough* and their journey towards change. In novel community there are many who like such fictions(check goodreads, I can even recommend some lol)and I've read worse ones. But I guess, in anime, manga, webtoon etc community, most are young folks who enjoy um...light, happy, "righteous" reads.
Ah well thanks. I like dark fictions and have a thing for obsessive, possessive, dominant, sadistic etc semes and their journey towards change. The novel community (check goodreads, even I can recommend some lol) have many who prefer such fictions. But I guess in manga, anime, webtoon, etc community most are young folks who like easy, happy, light, "righteous" reads.
Crime plot: The love of the egoist by Nero Seal.
Short but triggering: Gamble everything by Cari Waites
Tribute by Lisa Henry
Those above are all dark.
Non-dark/less dark with hate/love plot:
If you dont mind historical: The captive prince(trilogy) by C.S Pacat. It's really good.
Paranormal: Psycop by Jorden.
Victorian Gothic/supernatural: The charm of Magpies(series).
All are bl/mxm romances. *Wispers*(if u want, you can download epubs for free online to read)
You're welcome! I've to warn, that book is kinda depressing!
U can read love of the egoist online here: https://spread.epub.pub/epub/5b021cc9f5e3830007f4ee74
I've downloaded many m/m books, if you want links, you can Pm me. Enjoy!
I don't think so. We saw Choi Yule journey towards change and hence Uke accepting Choi Yule in the end. So yeah, happy ending. But I understand if some young folks think otherwise. *shrugs* Well, there are more messed up fictions out there. Read schadenfreude by 19 and Flesh Cartel so you'd know... . Lol
Oh no please I am still not over An easy target.
I don't think so after a trauma that uke was gone through anyone can be normal again or anyone can think of accepting twisted person like choi yule.
Ones suffering does not give you the right to put someone else in sudfering.
Choi yule deserved worse and I would have liked it if he got that.
It was good, short, light read, not developed much probably because it was short. And it definitely wasn't as good as "An Easy Target" (by the same author) which was a so good because of many things and a satisfactory/Happy Ending.
