It's actually worst then that. The uke released his pheromones on purpose to make the seme go into rut. The seme itself said he took his medicine properly and didn't understand why he was in rut. I think a lot of people didn't understand this yet. I think they didn't realize the uke did it on purpose. They think the uke took advantage of the situation like "U can use me as u want" and not that he actually released his pheromones on purpose to make the seme go into rut to make him pregnant. Yes, the double standard people have is horrible. It's sad because people should see it as it is no as "Awww poor uke". In other omegaverse stories where the alpha did the same people were so ready to call it rape and intead use the pheromone argument as "he is stronger he should have gone out of the room" but look at the comments in this story. Yes, it's fiction but there's nothing wrong calling the characters out for it.

I don't think is that similar because you have to consider that in both stories the uke didn't even know he could get pregnant. In the first one the alpha even went abroad and in the second one the uke didn't even knew the seme wasn't in jail anymore (plus it's more complicated because that story doesn't take place in a omegaverse so a men getting pregnant is big surprise)
