i dont think that she is really tht evil. i mean y'all prolly know already that the other family is desperately forcing jinhao to lingwei in order to get support, but jinyao doesnt think the same. its more like, he only wants to marry the one tht he loves which we already know who. he doesnt wanna gain support from another powerful family. it's just for the aftermath maybe(?) just in case, when someday jinyao stuck in internal problem, he cant seek support if he marries someone thts not from a powerful family.
