I think the person in Yellow may be Jihwa (if it's him, this idiot deserves punishment just for being that stupid) or Min himself. Either way, Min must have saw the golden opportunity when he watched the ruckus that Heena caused in Seungho's house. She may end up putting her brother in more danger thinking that she will be saving him.
