Calling a Vigilante a Villain...I mean yeah, Vigilantes exist outside the law...but at least THEY do something about it. Check Persona 5, the same as My Hero Vigilantes, that shows political bullcrap that never goes answered either. The Vigilantes are a needed "evil", compared to the unneeded "good" that already exists in the world.
