Haven't read it in full, but guessing the ringtone is setting the scene for a plot about cheating and relationships ending? The FL is cheating/separated from her husband and the blond guy is cheating/in an open relationship with his partner... so things are quite messy. Maybe the author just thought it would be a cool song, but I guess you could see it as a foreshadowing that the blond guy's relationship is ending?
