i mean seriously if my dog was as chill as that dog and i came out the bank to find animal control in the process of trying to take it when it is still calmly tied to tree i would be wanting to know who rang animal control, i would be suing for whatever i could possibly sue for as trying to prove a dog isn't dangerous, especially for some breeds, can be an expensive life destroying legal battle, and if not done quick enough some animal pounds will terminate dogs even if the owners are the middle of court battles to free them.
