This doesn't seem to be the manhua adaptation of the novel Faraway Wanderers ( https://www.novelupdates.com/series/faraway-wanderers/) but more like extra scenes for it's ongoing drama adaptation Word of Honor ( https://mydramalist.com/59021-tian-ya-ke)
The first chapter takes place after they both resurface from water in episode 6 of the drama. You all can watch the drama with English subtitles on Youku's official YouTube channel
