It's about a girl died and reincarnated. She had a friend with white hair who she used to be in a relationship with but I think he lied to her so she doesn't like him now. Her mother looked like her real mother who died I think.
She enters a test to become a royal concubine. They can't be in relationships because they're in the test. She becomes friends with a girl who is from the same country as the long haired librarian. I think the people say he's the best thing to come out of his country. The main character can't read or write their language so she's always in the library practicing. He's curious why she always comes to the library when not many people go. I think she impresses him because she recognises some pieces of equipment or helps solve a problem. The two of them get together and she tells the emperor she can't marry him. She gets arrested. Her friend marries the emperor. The guy with white hair was working for the old empress I think and he set fire to the place?
