The first one is a japanese shounen where the MC reincarnates as an OP slime in a RPG-like world, the second is a yaoi about a guy who reincarnates as a prince who is sexually harrassed by the regent king. They both have great light novels as well

Any manga where the heroine is recaranated as to another world and still remembers her/he past life and makes use of them by inventing the things. like coffee to the new world since no one invented it yet or something like that.
