yeah she doesnt. she only gave him the advice so he would think her getting close to the empress was for him she knows very well that the empress despise him and her mother and she knows that he would never be adopted so so whatever he is grasping for is completely hopeless, i thinkit so he could keep him self busy doing something pointless and give her slef more freedom. she is also trying to to cause problem between her mother and brother.. the king is stressed and often turn to them to experiance relief as well as a closeknit family time but if he notice the mother acting crazy and the family in shatter he wont feel comfortable and lose his love in his mistress, the mother is abandon by everyone the brother lose his supports, possiblle his ticket to the throne and the king becomes lonely and filled with regret basically everything she promised the empress
