This was a (probably shounen ai) webtoon about a dude who plays a holographic/AR irl sorta game about raising a child. He has to choose a spirit from the horde of spirits and this one spirit comes to him and the mc chooses this spirit and ends up becoming the dad of a really cute blond boy.
