im certainly not going to let him slide because of what he did to nakyum and by his past behavior. but I realized that maybe the reason why he didn't actually 'apologize' is that maybe he's not that kind of person? maybe the author wants to make seungho a person who's "a man of his words". so maybe his actions and attitude will be a lot better than before?
