I do understand this feeling. Those kinda manga that make u feel suffocated.
They keep thinking negative things when it's actually there and it's hard when you see it as another person. Cause it's kinda understandable when you're the person in question.
This is the one of those manhwas that I would love to read to end but at the same time, I don't want it to update. So many mixed feelings. So many characters that make me want to go on a rampage. "Y u so stupid?!" Huhuhuhu. Pls be better by the next chapter. It's agonizing to see characters suffer if happiness is actually reachable.
