Toxic Relationships are not okay but it's a common

Woojin is a selfish manipulative possessive jerk. He cares about himself only without thinking about Yunwoo's feelings. Noticed how at the beginning he was only in it for sexual pleasure knowing full-on about how Yunwoo felt about him. He took advantage of Yunwoo's feelings for him and does whatever he wants. He thinks that only he can end things whenever he wants and when things do not go the way he wants them to, he would blame Yunwoo for everything. He resorts to rape, threats, and manipulation such as guilt-tripping Yunwoo into staying in his life again. People in toxic relationships don't realize it's toxic because they are blinded by the false sense of love they have. It's hard to leave when one is deadset they are the one even if they treat you like shit. The longer you stay, the more obliged you feel to continue staying because at that point, it feels like you're in too deep to just leave. Even if one person wants to leave, the other would be unwilling to let them go as we see where Woojin does many things to make Yunwoo stay with him even though Yunwoo has stated he wants to leave. Yunwoo should've thought more about himself instead of worrying about Woojin. He is aware what is happening is not right, but it is realistic in the sense that people in toxic relationships aren't always strong enough to stand up for themselves and leave. No matter how much someone loves you, it is NOT OKAY to endure the toxicity and abuse (either mental, verbal, or physical). People can work things out and become happier but does that really excuse all the past manipulative toxicity in the relationship? I don't think so because that shroud of happiness and so-called "happy-ending" is an illusion to convince themselves that what happened before was ok as long as they are happy in the end. It's all just an excuse or pretense to cover up the toxicity in a relationship to make it seem like they are a happy healthy relationship. As much as Yunwoo deserves better, we know realistically, many people are stuck in toxic relationships whether they are aware of it or not. In the end, as long as there is "love", it becomes an excuse for anything to be okay, even toxic relationships.
