I have thought that about the clouds. Also when I was about 5 or 6 I overheard my mom talking about a girl being raped and I thought she said raked, like scratched up with the gardening tool, and I thought what kinda of person attacks someone with a rake. So I pictured this poor girl with scratches all over. When I got older I realized what the conversation was really about and felt really silly. Also felt even worse for that poor girl.

Also for the longest time I was afraid of rakes.

And believe some of my childhood habits and beliefs still follows me around till this day.
I'm 21 already.
I know they are childish thoughts,but deep down I still believe them.

me as a child: dreaming about being a doctor who smart at everything, good looking and can cook perfectly.

but reality: I am still stuck at home, the hell with the rest.

when i was a kid i yearn riding on the clouds, similar to gouku's kinton cloud. i totally believed back then that they could actually carry humans weight. i also believed the similar thing about water lilies. and well, when you grow up the belief will get dispelled by science anyway. *shrugs. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

still, that's the reason why i am attracted to legends and myths, especially the legend about how the clouds carry these train of procession when a god comes down the earth through the mountains

As a kid I though I could actually win a race with the moon if my father drove a lil' faster. (I know most kids do that) but it wasn't long before my very science loving mother brought me back to reality.
Also reading about the "rake" lmao above I remembered a story of my own. I was in 6th grade and was really innocent. My friends were talking about some girl that was raped. I said "no you mean "roped" right? Cuz there's no such word as raped? *conversation ended* I told this rope thing to my mother and she just nodded...innocent minds are supposed to stay like that for a while.

So either embarrassing stuff....
Even though I knew Ash wasn't real I cried when he died in that movie (mew 2 and the return of mew...something) that was like ages ago.
Saw that movie again this year and still felt sad at that scene...childhood experiences somehow get engraved in our minds,don't they?

When I was younger, my mother was so religious and raised me like that, that one day I declared that I wanted to die because I really really wanted to see God and Jesus XD At that moment she knew she had maybe gone a little too far lol.

On the other hand, I feel like I didn't change a lot from my time as a little child qua beliefs (not the religious ones, but generally) now that I'm an adult... it's just less free time and less time to go outside and just play but other than that I feel like I haven't changed much XD

I Remembered something else. When my mom would ask my dad to do stuff around the house he would say "when the signs are right". So I would always check the road sign to see if they changed and wondered how he would know if they were right. I finally got that he meant astrological sign and not road signs.

I was also pretty sure that I aged backward and that I used to be big...so at like 4 I went around making crap up like "when I was big i....." that's completely what I though lol.
