39 chapters in and we barely see any development between Ue and Mafuyu, relationship-wise and character-wise. Ue getting bare minimun intimacy with Mafuyu compare to Yuki's, as of now he is more like a pet therapy for Mafuyu (and his friends) rather than a lover. Now sensei is focusing on other characters story without giving a tad bit development in Ue and Mafuyu's relationship, the reason why I read this manga in the first place. Ue and Mafuyu started dating in ch 14, almost 3 YEARS ago. It's frustratingly very slow in terms of development and my patience is running out so I'm gonna refill it by staying away from this for a while. brb when Ue gets the love he deserve from Mafuyu and from the author as well.
