I don’t know is it related but earlier chapters mention that there’s 1 princess whose eyes is blue and have the ability to healed but someone stole one of her eye and she end up taking out her other eye out also . I think that blue eyes somehow end up appear at the place where the red hair boy , so he just take it and use the eyes
