The manga's plot doesn't have much different from the anime, sometimes the manga is a little bit detailed but I can safely say you can just read the rest of the chapters (if you want) instead of reading it from chapter 1. The plot is pretty far from the anime tho, if you already watch episode 21 then you can start reading it from chapter 136 :D

I have just watched all the anime that is available for now and want to know: should I start the manga from the beginning or I can look for where the anime left? will I miss something important this way? oh, and if could please tell me from which chapter shold I start reading. thanks :)
