No he should younger than 50 since Hideo was teaching him way back in high school
The extra says Hideo is 70, Akiyoshi has been dead 20 years, so he was 50 when Akiyoshi died. He was only in college when he was teaching Akiyoshi, so he can't have been more than five years older. That means Akiyoshi would have been at least 44 or 45 when he died. My logic was that they got at least ten years together in Germany, so I can be happy that they were happy for a decent amount of time.
I mean, if Hideo is 70, then he was fifty when Akaboshi died, so they still got some good time together.... If I don't think of it like that, then I'm gonna bawl.
