The official English licensing only goes up to volume 10, so for English readers, there really is no option besides relying on scanlation groups/illegal uploading to read chapters past volume 10 (for the time being at least).
No the updates are just slower because the author is working on another manga
what if it's because not many people are reading this on the official site that the updates are kinda slow?? :((
