I love the dad just as much as everyone else but he is waaaaayyyyy too timid in dealing with his family members. And I get that he's the third son of an aristocrat so he doesn't even really fall into the "heir and a spare" thing most nobles do, but my man we all know how ruthless the upperclass was and still is today. They'd do anything to get and keep power even if it meant to off some extras in the family line. I hope he gets a chance to live a longer life this go-around and maybe develop just a little spine(￣∇￣") ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
