Unfortunately that function isn't available... the most you can do is search a manga and see the top 5 lists it's been added to.
On each manga page, there're list on the right side.
Clicd "More lists" to see more, some manga like 'Fnder" contains ~5000 lists
Most people also think there're only 4 comments in each manga. Actually you can click "More Comments" to read the hidden ones...
open Google, type the name of the list - as long as you know it, if you don`t know it, type a keyword that appears in the list`s name - then type site:www.mangago.me
if you want two words or more to appear together put them between quotes ""
for example
"socially awkward" site:www.mangago.me

You can find mangas by tags here.
If there was a function to find list that would be on one of these addresses
